Some days just really stink.
Sometimes I'm tired. I don't eat breakfast. I just feel off.
Those are the days that I find myself in a world just a shade darker than normal.
I have found recently, that doing something to make my
little corner of the world better, or brighter, helps me so much.
If I only make ONE person smile that day, MY day improves 100%.
Go do something kind for someone else. I DOUBLE DOG DARE you.
Then STOP. And concentrate on how you're feeling.
Trust me, you'll make it a habit!
