Depression....

I found an article about depression. It'll help you identify the symptoms of depression, it also talks about ways to treat it. I try to get my feelings out by drawing, and looking for positive things. ALWAYS remember that you're loved. No matter what.

Let's talk about Mental Health

Every day scientists are learning about the brain and how it works. Mental Health is as imprtant to your well being as Physical Health. If your Mental Health is suffering, you may push people away, harm yourself, or, you may hurt others. Metal Health and Physical Health, as well as Spiritual Health MUST be aligned for you to be your best self. After all..... in order to help those around us, we have to take care of ourselves, right?
